Constituant Meeting: Came in w/Councilman Sabbagh. Renting bldg. on Hillside by RR tracks. Last night an employee caught "kids" breaking into a car and they pulled a gun on him. Was reported to BPD. Citizen wants more police patrols & presence, says area has gang problems, can't subject his workforce to this. Also wants lights installed along Hillside by their parking lot.
