Phone Call: Subscriber was behind in payment, says she called TCI, made arrangement to make partial payment 8/27, to which TCI agreed. On 8/25 cable was disconnected for nonpayment, sub called TCI & was told payment was due 8/22, she will have to pay bill in full plus 1 mo and they will reconnect when they can get to it(will waive reconnect fee). Sub has child, needs cable, feels TCI should honor arrangement agreed to, let her pay $60 now & reconnect her asap.
