Phone Call: Last Thurs., Mr. Baus was driving W. on Bloomfield Rd. & was stuck in traffic, which had backed up from Adams to Twin Lakes baseball field. He said that two uniformed men had stopped the traffic flow to let cars in & out of the baseball field. He initially called the Police Dept. to find out who the men were & was told that they were from Parks & Rec. However, P&R said that they were not & directed him to Julio. Mr. Baus is frustrated with the run-around he says he received.
