Phone Call: Citizen viewed a program on BCAT (Ch 3) at 11pm on 6/19/97 called "Wonder Woman". Says the program included over 40 obscenities (including 'f***ing b***h') and scenes of violent sex and rape. Does not think this is appropriate for public access. Understands the free speech issue, but thinks this violates BCAT's own policy on obscenity as described to him by a BCAT employee. He is attempting to contact Michael White.
