Phone Call: Subscribers cable service is disconnected. TCI says she is in arrears. Rec'd bill for $116.69 in March showing unpaid balance and late fee. She insists that her bill has been paid every month on time. Says she tried to show TCI duplicate checks to prove this but they wouldn't accept them, told her to get originals which would cost her $3 each from bank. Says they won't explain how she is behind in payments, that its up to her to prove she's paid.
