Phone Call: Ms. Kielhl called last November (AO # 2655) regarding dead tree which she says is in utility easement. Tree is rotten, ugly and a hazard to kids who play near there. Tree is in NE corner of her lot. She feels City or utility co. should have it removed. (I know that Lee checked this out last year, but I don't recall how it was resolved. She says she never heard from anyone.) Someone had Davey Tree trim it, but she says it should be removed.
