Phone Call: Ms Gray has a permit to park at the meters in the ^th & Lincoln lot. Construction workers park their vehicles & equipment in the lot. Meters are filled by workers. She parks on street & gets tickets. Was told this AM (5/15/87) by construction person to move her car from the meter. He needed the space for equipment.
