Phone Call: CONSTANCE AND ROBERT CLIFTON STATED THAT THEY CALLED CBU CONTROL AT 8:45 P.M. ON AUG. 28TH AND AT 6:30 A.M. ON AUG. 29TH TO REPORT A PROBLEM TO ANIMAL CONTROL. (THE ANIMAL CONTROL DEPT. PHONES ARE ANSWERED BY UTILITIES DURING OFF HOURS.) THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM ANIMAL CONTROL AND DIDN'T THINK THAT UTILITIES CONTROL REPORTED THE CALL.
