TALKED WITH THE RENTERS AT 2965 S. PINEWOOD. THEY TOLD US THE OWNERS OF " LEGENDS " HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM, I DID NOT SEE ANY PROBLEMS DURING OUR INSPECTION.
