Phone Call: Connie reported to BPD a break in to her residence on 9/5/97 @ 7am. At the time, nothing appeared to be missing, only indication was that window was left open. Connie later found out that blank checks were stolen & someone was forging her name. She reported stolen checks to Bank One also. She is "very upset" that BPD was not responsive to her - 2 days w/ no rtn. call, police not following up & "blowing her off" b/c case not as important as others. Pls. refer to Case #977168.
