Tenant called. Said there was more before but some items had been taken. Told him to keep them off sidewalk, and if not gone by Monday (trash day) I would write them up. He said ok.

Issued warning. Did not see any fire extinguishers, but furniture with a "Free"sign next to it. Wrote on ticket that fines would be issued if not immediately complied.
