Jeff spoke with the tenant on site. The tenant was going to notify the landlord about the problem. Jeff will check back in a week.

Jeff looked at the site and the area had recently been cut. He talked to the tenant of the property where the line of sight issue is to let them know they needed to keep the grass and weeds cut. The tenant was going to pass this information along to the landlord.
