Phone Call: Called OOTM and asked to remain anonymous but nature of her comments (and number on caller id) indicated it was Ms. Keene. Went into a long diatribe about her current landlord but didn't have any specifics on what the City should do to alleviate the problem. Said she has contacted the ICLU and will write a letter to the H-T.
