New store called B-Town Express has two temporary banner type signs without an approved permit. They are in a multi-tenant commercial structure and are allowed only one temporary sign with a permit by code.

Letter addressed to property owner was returned by Post Office as undeliverable/unable to forward. I hand delivered the letter to Ceaderview Management. They are the management company for this building and are located there.
