9/6/11-Roy took care of the LOS issue at the corner of the alley and N. Lincoln. The issue regarding the overhanging tree limb was referred onto Lee Huss, Urban Forester for removal.

There is roadway overgrowth next to 1100 N. Lincoln. There is also a problem with overgrowth in the alleyway entrance btwn 1119 & 1000 N. Lincoln. There is a dead limb in the alleyway very high up. One limb fell in front of her car while driving down the alley.
