Visited the site and the line of sight at Spicewood and Rogers is ok. Perhaps someone has already removed the tree.

Email: 2900 S. Spicewood Lane @ E. Rogers Road: stop sign blocked by tree branches which also hang into the roadway and sidewalk row. tree is in tree plot at corner & prevents adequate clearance and visibility pulling out onto E Rogers Road at busy intersection.

9/6/11-removed limbs from in front of stop sign to improve visibility. We will need to revisit the site and check onto the LOS issue at intersection of Rogers & Spicewood.
