Phone Call: SW Corner of 2nd & Hawthorne the trees are over the sidewalk and need to be trimmed. Believes these to be private trees, not in the City's right of way.

The tree has been removed and some of the brush has been cut back. This is no longer a major violation of BMC. Will keep an eye on it and revisit the site next spring.

Nothing has been touched, still have a problem with the trees hanging over the sidewalk.

Site visit, tree and bushes are over-hanging the sidewalk and diverting pedestrian traffic into the street. Knocked on door - no answer. Issued NOV and sent via mail.
