Email: Location of your Problem: 1800 E Second Details: Residential Neighborhood Parking sign missing? The other day a car parked in the 1800 bloc of E Second Street got a ticket. I felt sorry for the person because there was no "Residential Neighborhood Parking" sign at that section of Second Street. There are 2 close by but they could be perceived as pertaining only to those sections and not to the next, where the car was parked.
