Phone Call: Fireman Clapp called to say that many of the properties on John Hinkle have grills on, close to & under the decks.

Contacted Tempo properties,they (HOA) sent out letters to remaining condos with grilles on their decks asking them to remove the grilles. Remaining condos with grilles on their decks are units 3200- I & D, 3220 - units A & C, 3230 - units C, E, F. Believe these units are unregistered rentals. Will research properties to see if O/O and take appropiate measures.

Some of the units still have grilles on their decks, called Tempo Properties and LMOM to resolve this issue. Will Monitor.

Spoke with agent for Tempo Properties, who represents the HOA for the John Hinkle properties. I conveyed to the agent that the Fire Inspector, Tim Clapp, noticed the violation that some of the condos have BBQ grilles on their decks, which is in violation of the PMC. Asked agent to send out letters to the tenants to remove the grilles. Will monitor.
