Sidewalk & Curb Complaints: Complaint
Email: There are leaves covering the sidewalk in front of 409 S. High Street. A stroller can't use the sw at this moment. The citizen doesn't blame the homeowner because they are putting them out their for the City to vacuum them. Maybe there can be an early pickup so the sw will be usable again & this dangerous situation eliminated.

I talked to ST Dept. Residents are to rake the leaves behind the curb/sw or in the tree plot. They are not to block the sw, street or parking spaces. They start pickup on 11/14/11 but do not know at this time when they will be in this area.
