JH reinspected this today. Phone co. told mtc. man to move poles out of the way and they will pick them up. Mtc. has called phone co. several times re: both poles and hanging wire (which is for the next-door-neighbors' phone). Closing case for now. Will monitor.

Emailed Natalie the following: Hello Natalie, Have the tree parts and wires and telephone pole pieces been taken care of at your residence? I drove by about a week ago and they were still there. Have you contacted Tariq Khan? We wrote this issue up in the cycle inspection report as a violation, and he has until January 29 to bring the property into compliance. However, if you have contacted him, it is possible that we could do a complaint inspection and have it done sooner. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like more information. Hope we get this resolved very soon. I will be out of the office after today until December 29, but can check email during that time. My direct phone number is (812) 349-3434. Tenant Meghan called, asking about this issue. I called back, left message, asked whether she had contacted landlord.

DB, took photos. Talked with JH who cycled this property this week, 11.15.2011. Complaint items will be included in the cycle report. Called Natalie, LMOM and let her know. Told her to call if she has questions. JS
