The people were throwing there trash out the back door of the house and the crowns were coming to the back yard and eating. At that time you were going to call the health department. The next door neighbor was at the neighborhood meeting last Monday nite and indicated they had not been out and she had called the health department back twice but didn't return her call. The neighbors name was Jo Cozire 4526 Middle Court PH# 339-3260. I was wondering if you could contact the health department again.
