Tenant called again. Said his tags were stolen again. He said he didn't know whether maybe he had to buy stickers and put them out every week or what was going on. I called him back and let him know yes, tags must be put out every week. Sanitation is the one "stealing" tags. Also took him a pamphlet and he was grateful. Closing case!

Spoke with tenant. He said it is cleaned up. Also said trash tags are being stolen after he attaches them to trash. Advised him to call sanitation; maybe they have suggestions for him. In addition, ticket sent in mail to him was for another address. Told tenant if it is cleaned up, no fine.
