Trash: Complaint
Phone Call: 516 and 518 E. 1st Street is a duplex and they have a trash problem in which they put up a fence so you cannot see it from the road, but Heidi said you can see it from her house and has given us permission to go on her property to see the trash. She said that they are now throwing their beer cans and cigarette packets into her yard.
