Do you know of anywhere one can get free mulch? In our old town we were able to get mulch from the trees the city chipped.

I contacted Ms. Galbreath by e-mail letting her know the City did not have a program where they offer free mulch. I gave her the contact information for Good Earth Composting, where the City takes the yard waste to.
