I inspected the location. All of the sidewalk on this block of Maple Street is clear of vegetation. All the tree branches are at least 8 feet above the sidewalk. There is not an issue.

Doris, these trees definitely hang low over the sidewalks on North Maple. All of the trees are on private property of Willowbrook Apartments
