Excessive Growth: Complaint
Phone Call: Overgrown bushes and weeds makes it where you cannot see coming out of the alley. When traveling south in north/south alley between Henderson and Fess; and Hunter and Atwater; and looking west down Hunter, overgrowth causing a line-of-sight issue. See photo.
