Informed citizen that I created a work order for the section of sidewalk to be re-inspected.

Sidewalk & Curb Complaints: Request
My address is 1202 E. Wylie Street. The city repaired the sidewalk in front of our house in July 2010. Last fall it began spalling and breaking apart. There is now broken, small pieces of concrete in a section in front of our house. Would the city please send someone to look at it? Thank you.
