Unsafe Buildings: Request
The 4th street parking garage was completely full and there was no sign to tell us not to go in along with 10 other cars. People were trying to back out of the garage and turning around was next to impossible. You need to close the garage if it is full. Very unsafe conditions trying to get out of the garage when cars are still coming in not knowing it is full.

The Parking Garages filled up sooner than planned. Not only were there parkers for the Taste of Bloomington but also the Art Show on the Court House Square. The Garage Management Co. REI sends apologize for any inconvenience while parking in the garages. The Garages will be monitored more closely in the future in cooperation with downtown events.
