Issued another ticket, took photos. Took Linda Thompson with me. Not much turf grass but there is some that is too tall on east end of property, where line-of-sight issue is. Still furniture there in yard. Some of trash has been taken away.

Email from owner dated August 12 says maintenance guy was injured clearing brush from property. They will try again "tomorrow." DB. no change.

Caller said that she has called previously and complained and so has a few other neighbors, but there are no other complaints in the system. She would like something more than a warning done with this.
