Forestry staff is removing tree

Parks & Playgrounds:
A tree from what I believe is City property in Griffy Lake Nature Preserve has fallen and landed in my backyard. I called the non-emergency number to report about a week ago but haven't heard anything. The tree is tall and half is still standing with other half in my yard. I am at 423 East Lakewood Drive. Thanks.

e-mailed response from Lee Huss: Steve, Judy forwarded me this today. Kevin Prince and I looked at the broken tree limb and have scheduled removal later this week. The limb in no way presents a hazard to anything in his yard. You might want to make contact with him since it appears he is encroaching into Park property. I could not find any staking that marks the property line We happen to be there when workmen are looking at an area to place a storage shed in the area. Sure looks like its on our property.
