08/15/12, talked to the property owner at 102 S Waldron St, they are the ones that opened the issue. The problem is that there are some tree limbs that are growing across the alley and almost touching their house. The alley is unimproved except for a small portion off of Waldron that they are using to park their car. I told them that we could improve the alley but then they would not be allowed to park in the alley anymore. They said that they would like to cancel their tree limb complaint and asked if it was ok for them to trim the branches themselves. I said yes. This issue is resolved.
