Linda Thompson says the vegetation is not turf grass and appears intentional. Will not ticket at this time. If it becomes a line-of-sight issue I will revisit. Will monitor.

DB, long vegetation. I have spoken with the homeowners before: At that time they told me they left grass long to discourage parking in their yard. Photo shows muddy trench along Hawthorne. This is not turf grass. Will ask Linda Thompson to look at it.
