We live on a curb on Olcott (3006 s. olcott) and the trees block not only our line of sight when backing out and pulling into our driveway but also obstructs the main traffic as well. We have 4 kids and lots of kids in this neighborhood on bike and foot. Please trim! Thanks.
Staff has talked with homeowner regarding tree trimming in Hyde Park neighborhood. This will only be completed if tree crews have time this summer based on number of tree removals due to last years drought. Constituent was informed that they can trim the tree as needed to reduce line of sight issue
Talked with Michelle and apologized for the delay in action. Reported that Urban Forester hopes to get to trimming later this summer and that due to previous years drought conditions, majority of time has been spent taking down dead trees that are a safety hazard. Informed Michelle that they can trim tree as needed in the future.
