Planning Dept. will address the parking issue. Cedarview Apts. have emptied their dumpsters and cleaned up the area.

Email: I talked with Tom last evening about the attached (he is going to enforce the code violation). Over the past weeks, this car and others have been parking on the sidewalk in front of Rogres/Binford schools adjacent to the Greystone apartments (2nd and High). Can we somehow mark the public right-of-way and possibly add bollards to prevent this in the future? Can we have Cedarview clean up their dumpster area too?
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 8 days have already passed.
