Diane spoke with Mike Diekhoff who said officers do go to Mr. Alminiaukas residence whenever he calls for help (which is frequently). He often claims to be ill, and in need of assistance/

Walk In: Saulius Alminauskas came into OOTM on 9.28.12 to complain that BPD officers come to his residence every month "for no reason" and harass him. He said police officers had busted down his door earlier that morning and assaulted him. He plans to talk to his attorney and possibly take legal action. He lives at 604 Moss Creek Drive.
