Diane spoke to Mike Diekhoff about Ms. Jackson's complaints and he had an officer look into the situation. Chief Diekhoff said to refer any future calls to BPD.

Phone Call: Cindy Jackson, 1416 E. Clairmont Place, called OOTM several times the week of October 1st to complain about her neighbor, Randall Floyd and his family. Ms. Jackson said they are loud and disrespectful and she believes they are harassing her and elderly residents of the neighborhood. She said she can't understand why no one is helping her deal with the problem.
