I live on W Smith Avenue in Bloomington Indiana and this is a brief clip of the construction that continues to go on literally steps outside my apartment. I am shooting this video from just inside my door. I am most concerned with the extreme noise pollution that has to violate the noise ordinance, not to mention the safety hazard and risk management nightmare presented by the fact that less than 5 feet and some yellow caution tape separates my front step and a 15+ foot drop. We have not been contacted by anyone working on this project or any city officials, except that we were notified by our landlord that they afraid that our 'car was going to fall into the hole.' I am hoping that someone with the city will see this video and realize that my home is basically unlivable at this point. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhiAFsHppKU&feature=plcp
