Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Very large pothole on the south side of Third Street (right lane). I ran right into it this morning and it flattend my tire, may have ruined my alignment and wheel and nearly caused an accident. This neeeds to be repaired today before someone gets hurt. Please let me know how I may request the City reimburse me for my damages short of filing a lawsuit. Thank you.

I emailed Ms. Tobin to confirm that she has been in contact with our Mike Rouker from Risk Management and was notified of the City's tort claim process.

Ms. Tobin also called Street Department this morning about the pothole. Street had no prior knowledge of pothole, sent crew out to cold patch this morning. Ms. Tobin was transferred to Risk Management and spoke to Mike Rouker who informed her of the City's tort claim process.
