mr. thatcher was not in when i went to the address a second time. some graffiti is on us postal service property. suggested to the two ladies there that mr. thatcher contact the postal service for removal of graffiti. other graffiti is in back of building on meter boxes. suggested he paint over graffiti. if he does not want to paint buy the paint ,let me know he has the paint and i will paint when weather and time permits
