This is not a zoning violation.

This truck is legally parked and not in violation any R.O.W. issues. I know the truck belongs to Pat Gray (Grey?) he runs a junking business and lives at the Housing Authority. The Housing Authority has told him he cannot park those loaded vehicles in their parking lots so he parks on the street. This may be a violation of some zoning code (running a business from the housing authority??) but I am not sure.

Anonymous caller. Said blue Ford truck routinely parks at that location. Truck is often filled with trash (sometimes overflowing). There is no cover over the trash and it attracts dozens of birds. Caller says some used diapers fell off the truck this past weekend. He feels it is a health and safety hazard for the families who live in that area.
