The litter is the responsobility of the adjacent property owner to clean up. However, Street Dept. will clean the area up this one time to give the neighbors a good place from which to take over.

I wanted to officially complain about the litter on the street where I live. I just bought a lovely bungalow on South Rockport Rd between Rogers and Tapp. The litter along the road and in front of my home is terrible! I would love for this to be taken care of by someone. Possible court-ordered community service? I am embarrassed to have family and friends over when all you see is trash-lined streets. Thank you in advance. Savannah Good
