There is very visible graffiti on the railroad bridge at 10th ST. and Jefferson. That bridge is very visible to many people.

- Mostly, its just college kids that tag anti-governmental icons or music stuff. In either case, its not like the IU bridges on Jordan. This is deliberate vandalism.
