Phone Call: lots of trash in the back. if you can't see it from the front the property owner of 2531 e 8th said you could go on her property (patio) to see the trash from her back yard.

Baker called, said he will clean it up but thinks people (neighbors) who put it there should be responsible. Told him he was responsible for cleaning up his own property. He said he will do it.

Following drive by with DS, sent letter to owner asking him to clean up the property (remove cut-up trees, limbs, concrete block, other debris).

DB, spoke with neighbor, took pics. The mess is brush and vegetation in lot behind the house, which is owned by same person. Will discuss with DS.
