Per Troy Powell in CBU engineering dept. The two storm sewers do not belong to the city. The State maintains them. Customer must contact the State.

There are two completely occluded storm sewers on the Wal-Mart side of Bloomfield Rd. between curry and Industrial Blvd. ( +/-) a little either way.
