Assuming you are referring to Ferguson Dog Park, according to our Parks Superintendent, there is a spay/neuter requirement at the dog park and it is on the sign. This is not an ordinance and to this point, the dog park is the only facility where spaying and neutering are required. If you are referring to any of our other City park, they are subject to the ordinance requiring dogs to be on a leash.
