ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL: a possible neglected animal should be investigated at the address: 3417 E. 3rd Street. There is what looks to be an American Eskimo in a pin with no bedding and even though i walk by it every single day, I have never seen anyone pay any attention to it. This seems cruel to me.

Officer checked on dog. We have had numerous complaints on this situation over the years but the owner is in compliance with the ordinance. Dog has food, water and shelter as required. There is no action to be taken.
