Phone Call: Anonymous caller asked if the utility cuts on College Ave between 11th and 12th could be patched. Cuts are part of a large construction project. Caller said street is in very bad shape and could result in tire damage, etc.

Asphalt is available on 4-15. The patches will be paved on 4-17.
