Excessive Growth:
The sidewalk by Mr Hibachi on East Third street is obstructed by a large bush. Pedestrians have to walk in the street where the cars leaving Mr. Hibachi can't see the pedestrian. It is dangerous for the pedestrian.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 222 days have already passed.

I inspected the site and took pictures. Vegetation is covering the sidewalk. A letter will be sent to the property owner.
