The left turn signal was set to be out from 3pm to 6pm to help with traffic on NB Walnut due to construction. Trail basis.

Traffic Signals:
If you are heading west on Grimes and come to the intersection at Walnut and you want to turn left, there used to be a left turn signal so you could turn south on Walnut. Now there is no left turn signal and at 5PM there is so much traffic you can never safely execute a left hand turn.
